Fees and Payments
I strive to provide a safe, secure and confidential environment. As a result, I do not connect with clients (present or former) via social media. Outside of the provisions of my Privacy Practices notice I do not acknowledge inquiries about current or former clients.
Cancellations / Rescheduling
I require 24-hour advance notice of a missed session. Without this notice, if we are not able to reschedule your session in the same week, you will be required to pay the full session fee.
Authorization for Release of Information
I do not presently accept insurance, this means my practice is currently fee for service. However, I am happy to provide receipts for the purpose of seeking insurance reimbursement, which may be as high as 70% depending upon your insurance provider and their guidelines. I will provide a receipt to you that contains the appropriate codes and information necessary to seek reimbursement.
I accept HSA, all major credit/debit cards, cash, and checks.
I understand that the need and desire to improve your life and relationships must be weighed against the financial commitment you will make. As a result we will discuss the fee agreement during the Consultation.
50-80 Minute Consultation – $150.00
45 Minute Individual and Couple Session* – $110.00
*Negotiated fees are re-evaluated every 2-3 months.
